CopyCrafter AI – Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
   Dalbit Studio LLC (“we”, “our”, “CopyCrafter AI”) provides an AI-powered Shopify app that generates product titles, descriptions, tags and SEO metadata.
2. What data we collect
   
   • Store data: product titles, descriptions, tags, images
   • Shop identifier & primary domain
   • Shop owner name and email (for support)

   We never collect payment or customer checkout information.

3. How we use data
   
   • Generate AI product copy on demand
   • Improve prompt-generation models (aggregate, anonymised metrics only)
   • Provide email support
4. Data sharing
   We do not sell or rent data. We share it only with:
   • OpenAI LLC – LLM processing (data sent is transient and deleted after completion)
5. Retention
   Generated copy lives only in your browser unless you save it to Shopify. Reference product data is cached for 24 hours then deleted.
6. Your rights
   Email koreanculture113@gmail.com to access, correct or delete your data.
7. Changes
   We’ll post any changes on this page and update the “Last updated” date.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance – By installing CopyCrafter AI you agree to these terms.
2. License – We grant a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app within your own Shopify store.
3. Fees & Billing – USD $15 per month after a 7-day free trial, billed via Shopify Billing API. All fees are non-refundable.
4. Fair-use – “Starter” plan includes 500 copy generations per billing cycle. Excess usage may be throttled or require an upgrade.
5. Limitation of liability – In no event will our aggregate liability exceed the fees paid in the preceding 3 months.
6. Support – Email koreanculture113@gmail.com, Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM EST. Initial response time target: < 1 business day.
7. Termination – Uninstalling the app terminates this agreement; sections 4 and 5 survive termination.
8. Governing Law – State of New York, USA.
